HiruScar Anti-Acne Range Review

Acne has always been something I've battled when I was a teenager and even till now!

Whenever my period comes around, I start to break out and it's such a pain!

Hiruscar and the Sample Store came to the rescue when they sent me their new Hiruscar Anti-Acne Range. I'll be introducing you to their products and giving you a mini-review on the products!

About the Products

The Hiruscar Anti-Acne Range is a dermatological skincare is specially formulated for acne prone skin...ME!!!!!!!!!

The skincare is supposedly light-weight and is quickly absorbed into the skin - making it suitable to use under your makeup too!

The BIGGEST claim that they have is that it you can see ACNE IMPROVEMENT IN 2 DAYS!

Reduces pimples & lightens spots without drying the skin.

Hiruscar Anti-Acne Pore Purifying CLEANSER

(SGD$14.90)

This sulfate-free cleanser has a gentle formula that deeply cleanses the skin without drying the skin.

Removes excess dirt and sebum while balancing the skin's natural moisture.

Non-Comedogenic and Hypo-Allergenic

Here are a few of the highlighted ingredients in this CLEANSER:

Salicylic Acid: clears away dead skin cells

Aloe Vera: soothes redness

MPS (Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate): Maintain skin's moisture

Moringa Seed Extract: Removes impurities and protects skin from pollutants

Wet your face with clean water, gently massage the gel on your face and rinse thoroughly.

This light-weight, non-greasy moisturizer reduces excess sebum which can cause acne, protect the skin from environmental pollution, and tighten pores!

MPS (Mucopolysaccharide Polysulphate): Maintain skin's moisture
Chamomile Extract: Soothe and condition irritated skin

This is their hero product! This spot gel helps to remove acne problems like blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and lighten acne spots and dark marks.

Apply a thin layer on affected areas, 2 – 3 times daily.

Apply to those pesky spots n acne!

VERDICT?

First of all, I really liked how gentle the entire skincare was and the smell of it!

It didn't have an added fragrance scent but more like...something that's medical grade?

It's really hard to explain but I really liked it!

It's very light-weight (as mentioned) so my skin didn't feel greasy throughout the day.

I think it's important to know that DEEP CLEANSING doesn't mean you need to SCRUB or EXFOLIATE. You can achieve clearer skin with a gentle cleanser and skincare too!

Not to mention the entire range isn't crazy expensive so it's suitable for teenagers who are suffering with acne too! Definitely recommend it.

So did my skin improve over 2 days?

Here's a before/after!

My acne scar is still there - I usually take a long time to recover but you can definitely tell that it got lighter!! Right? The redness definitely subsided and I'm excited to see if it can completely get rid of this pesky scar!
