Today I wanted to share about the two latest addition to the Bioderma's Sebium Range!

These two babies will target the source of oily skin by biologically regulating the quality of the skin's sebum.

Bioderma’s Fluidactiv™ Patent is the only patent in the market that biologically regulates quality of sebum similar to that of healthy skin and stops the process which causes pimples and clogged pores to form.
So WHAT actually affects the skin's sebum level?
#1 HORMONES
The change and imbalance in hormonal activity can result in excess sebum production
- which means you have a risk of qualitative sebum abnormality.
Having thicker sebum that has a more difficult time flowing out of the follicle, which increases the risk of clogged pores and pimples
prevents damage to skin immune system and preserves antioxidant reserve
#2 IMPROPER SKINCARE
Using skincare products that aren't suitable for your skin can irritate the skin and make your acne-prone and/or oily skin's condition even worse!

This is a daily moisturiser that provides just the right amount of shine control and hydration by controlling excess oil, soothe skin and prevent dryness. Just like the Sebium Lotion, it promises 8-hour shine control and smooth effect with the Matt and Smooth Technology which includes mattifying micro powders and silicones. This can also be used as a makeup base!
What are the ingredients that's supporting this?
Glycerin: Provides 12-hour hydration
Zinc Gluconate and Vitamin B6: Reduces sebum production and has anti-bacterial properties
Salicylic Acid: Refines and improves skin’s texture
Mushroom Extract: Minimizes the appearance of large pores
DIRECTION
Squeeze out a sufficient amount and apply on skin in an outward motion.

Let's start off the day!
You can see that the cream mattifies my face but doesn't dry it out.
I love how there's a slight glow on my skin - making it looks healthy.
Decided to go out with no makeup to test how good it is!
Hi no makeup face!!
You can see that my skin still doesn't look oily!
I can see why the cream can also be used as a primer - since it can really help to keep the oils at bay.
AFTER 7 DAYS
So I used this for a week together with my makeup on some days and here's what my skin looked like after 7 days.
Even after the end of the day - my skin isn't looking oily!
VERDICT
I love how simple and clean the packaging is - not to mention it's very easy to use it.
The smell of the product is pretty nice too - it feels...clinical?
I'm not sure if that makes sense but it feels like it will deliver results (LOL)
Whenever my period comes rolling around, my skin breaks out like MAD and when I was trying these two products I was just about to get my period.
To my surprise, my breakouts weren't crazy like usual and I only got 1 breakout.
WHICH IS RARE!
If you have combo/oily skin like me - definitely give this skincare range a go!
