[Health x Sponsored] Laurier F Ultra Gentle to the rescue during THAT time of the month!

This post is really a "girl's only" post...unless you want to be a great bf or hubby for your significant other during her 'time of the month'.

Did you know that 7 out of 10 women* have experience skin irritation like itchiness, stuffiness, & redness during their period? The area down under gets irritated because it becomes more sensitive during that time. 'Napkin Dermatitis' .
I honestly think that it's more than 7 in Singapore because IT'S SO HUMID HERE!

How to minimize the discomfort?
The BASIC rule is HYGIENE!!!!!
Change your napkin frequently and to choose a napkin that include the following:
- Good absorbency  so the napkin's surface is dry
- High breathability to relieve stuffiness
- Soft skin-friendly surface to minimize friction

Is there a napkin that can fulfill all 3?
The Laurier F Ultra Gentle range that I recently got to try out is perfect for the humid Singapore weather & for ladies with sensitive skin.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

With Japan's Advanced Skin Science Technology, Laurier created a premium quality pad that is suitable for ALL skin types (especially SENSITIVE SKIN).

The Laurier F Ultra Gentle is the FIRST dermatologically tested napkin in Singapore! It's clinically proven to relieve skin irritations. Although there's a drawing, I wanted to see the difference for myself so I grabbed another pad I had and compared it with the  Laurier F Ultra Gentle...

[left] One of the other pads I use (I can't remember the brand)
[right] Laurier F Ultra Gentle

You can tell how the Laurier F Ultra Gentle looks 'fluffier' or 3D compared to the other pad! The unique airy soft wavy surface helps reduce skin contact, minimize friction and skin irritation! Wearing a pad alone is already VERY uncomfortable so it's great the Laurier F Ultra Gentle is super soft AND get's the job done!

The Quick Lock & Dry System together with the Super Aborbent Layer helps to reduce the wetness on the napkin surface for a drier/sticky-free feeling.

Also I just wanted to mention that even the back of the pad is pretty!! Lace prints! The amount of effort (and expense LOL) spent for this pad... Then again since it's made in Japan so packaging and detail must be 可愛い too!!' This wasn't the only thing that was 可愛い!

There's a cute heart shape that's part of the pad design! Then I thought,
'After you're done using it the heart will be colored in with red' LOL!!!!!。゚(゚^Д^゚)゚。 ゲラゲラ

The Ultra Gentle Range has a wide range of pads for day/night & light/heavy/extra-heavy!
The newest addition to the family are the 25cm 40cm pads!

  1. The best way to prevent leaks is simple; just apply one pad as it is, and apply a second pad . i.e, apply one pad in the start of your underwear, and another one in the end. Carry an extra bag of supplies just in case.
