[Beauty x Event x Makeup] Weekend with Michelle Phan!

I'm so sorry that this is such a belated post!!!
Gosh.. Bad kiyoko, bad!!!!
But I still hope you guys enjoy this post :)

This is about Michelle Phan's visit to Singapore!
AND the adventure that Tammy and I had!


DAY 1
(SATURDAY)


The first day of the AMAZING WEEKEND!!!!!
*HAPPY DANCE*

Gosh I was waiting for this weekend to come FOR AGES!!!
Tammy and I kept telling ourselves that this will be THE BEST WEEKEND OF 2012!!!
And to be completely honest with you...
IT WAS!!!




So Tammy and I were super excited about Michelle coming to Singapore!!
We decided we wanted to make her a gift to remember her first meet-and-greet in Singapore!!!

So cute right???
Tammy and Michelle are both HUUUUGE Sailormoon fans!!
I'm also an anime fan (hidden otaku)
Gosh I was going crazy when Michelle did the Nana, Final Fantasy, and 
HATSUNE MIKU tutorial!!!!

I wanted to make something for Michelle and decided to mix

We also put in a few goodies for her!  ♥

Tammy and I were closer to the stage so we couldn't tell if Michelle was here or not.
Then we suddenly heard some SCREAMS!!!
きゃあああああああ！！！きゃああああああああ！！！

I couldn't see anything so I just decided to look at everyone's iphone/samsung screens 
LOLOLOL


I wish my photography skills were much better...
MICHELLE IS SOOO PRETTY!!
But I guess my camera got really jealous of her beauty T_T
But I got a few good shots!!

Then she did a live make up demonstration!!!

So after the makeup demonstration...
IT WAS TIME FOR THE PHOTOGRAPH/AUTOGRAPH SESSION!!!
So Tammy and I SPEED WALKED to go find the Color Artistry box!
Then I told Tammy
'I'LL GO GET THE BOX!! GO LINE UP!!'
Gosh... my bestie and I totally have good team work.
Is The Amazing Race still happening? I think we can do really well LOL
OFC We'll have lots of dramatic moments too HAHAHA
HEY REALITY TV!

WE'RE HERE!!
SO ANYWAYS!!!!
BACK TO THE TOPIC~!!!
A huge thank you to one of the Sephora girls who I asked where this was!
I actually lost her in the crowd and when I finally found where the the box...
She was there and grabbed 2 boxes for me!!!!
I really appreciate the amount of customer service I received...
ESPECIALLY IN A CHAOTIC TIME LIKE THIS!!!!!
SO! After I made my purchase...
I went looking for Tammy!!!
And when I walked outside Sephora...
this is what I saw

BUT! The Sephora staff did a really good job trying to control the hectic mayhem!

So after a good long wait...

WE GOT IT!!
OH MY GOSH WE GOT IT!!!

I felt really blessed to be able to meet, say 'hi',

I know a lot of other people who love Michelle as much as we do weren't able to get a photo with her...

Tammy and I woke up and got to Vivocity for an early lunch to chill and MAKAN!

So we still had time till the Workshop so Tammy and I explore around Vivocity!!
HELLO VIVO!!!
Then when it was around 12ish... we headed over to the workshop area!!!
*SHOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!*
While we were lining up... we met some new friends!!!
We were all soooo excited to meet Michelle AND get a private makeup tutorial from her!!
IT'S LIKE YOUTUBE BUT IN 4D!!!!!

Then when it was finally our turn to go inside...

At the end of the workshop...
We were able to ask Michelle our dying makeup/beauty questions we had!!
So I squeezed out ALL my courage to raise my hand and asked Michelle...
'What tips do you have for people with single eyelids?'
Yes... having uneven AND single eyelids
has always been my biggest makeup & beauty issue...
But Michelle gave me a really good tip that I'm trying!!!
She said to put on your eye makeup (eyeshadow) with your eyeslids open!
Thank you for the tip Michelle!!! :)

Just to let you guys know...
Tammy and I were in the 2nd Workshop.
AND BOY DID WE HAVE THE BEST WORKSHOP!!!

I still remember the first time I heard about Michelle Phan.
Tammy sent me a link of her video telling me
'OMGSH LISTEN TO HER VIDEO!! HER VOICE IS SO RELAXING AND HER MAKEUP TIPS ARE AWESOME!!!'
That's when I started to watch more and more of her videos...
and realized how amazing her knowledge and passion for make up is!!!
What truly inspired me the most is how she's truly beautiful.
inside and out.
I really want to become someone like that.
I started blogging because I want to bring a smile to people's faces!
Be able to be that person who makes someone's day a little brighter!
I hope I can be someone as inspiring as Michelle Phan one day.
Thank you so much Michelle for coming all the way to Singapore!
It must have been a busy & tiring trip for you to have to go visit soooo many of your loving fans!
I hope that all your friends and fans in Singapore was able to make your trip here a memorable one!!!
